I have a problem with Image Browser EX starting up. Verify that Silverlight is properly installed and start Image Browser again". I have checked tried to update the installed Silverlight and am told I am running the most current version. I have uninstalled and reinstalled both silverlight and Image Browser with the same recurring results.

For some reason it finally installed on its own. I didn't do anything after the last failed attempt and then one day I booted it up and it started. Weird, must be poltergeists in the system.
